What are the Covid-19 policies?

* UPDATED *

The health and safety of our families and loved ones is a top priority. Therefore, in accordance with current Covid-19 policies, we strongly request every individual attending to obtain a negative Covid-19 test result within 72 hours prior to the event. Additionally, we hope each guest will check their temperature the day of prior to attending to ensure their temperature remains below 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Guests are strongly encouraged to receive the latest Covid-19 vaccines and boosters, as well as wear face masks and practice social distancing where possible. It is important to remember: Covid has not gone away so please be mindful!

What is the dress code?

Business casual attire, such as slacks, seasonal dresses, and button-down shirts, are strongly recommended. Appropriate footwear would include flats, wedges, loafers, and dress shoes. Shoe selection should be made based on the knowledge that part of the event will be held outdoors on grassy terrain.

Please keep in mind to avoid wearing denim or any attire that is predominantly white, ivory, or champagne.

How can I RSVP? When is the RSVP deadline?

RSVP cards and addressed envelopes have been included in the envelope with the official wedding invitation. Please fill out the RSVP card and mail it out in the stamped envelope no later than September 15, 2023.

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us known as soon as possible by sending back your RSVP card immediately or contacting the couple directly.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 3:30pm to maximize our guests' experience. Please do not arrive later than 3:25pm, otherwise you may not be permitted to enter the ceremony site.

Are children permitted? Can I bring a plus one?

While we would love to have everyone surround us on our special day, we are under a strict guest count with limited seating available. Therefore, invites are extended strictly to those named on the invitation.

I have food allergies/dietary restrictions. How can I make this known?

Please ensure all food allergies and dietary restrictions are listed on the RSVP card that will be mailed back to the couple to ensure accommodations can be made.
